These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tripix application as an End User (passenger) or Driver. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms (End User or Driver)

By using this application, the user acknowledges full agreement to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Tripix application.

2. Scope of Service (End User or Driver)

The application provides transportation trip organization and management services, including displaying trips, schedules, vehicle details, driver details, and pickup points. The application is not a direct party in executing the transportation process (or may execute transportation depending on contractual agreement).

End User Obligations

• Adherence to scheduled trip times and designated pickup locations.
• Use the application only for its intended purposes.
• Refrain from misuse of the service or providing incorrect information.

3. Driver Obligations

• Wear the company vest.
• Follow approved routes and schedules.
• Adhere to safety instructions and operational rules.
• Display the company logo.
• Strictly no smoking inside the vehicle.
• Maintain confidentiality of passenger data.

4. Trip Cancellation (End User or Driver)

Trips are assigned automatically. In case of inability to complete a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, the driver must contact support immediately.

Users must notify support 48 hours in advance for modifications or cancellations.

5. Disclaimer (End User or Driver)

The application management is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure, including weather conditions or technical failures.

6. Account Suspension or Termination (End User or Driver)

The application management has the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in case of violation.

7. Violations (Driver)

The driver bears full responsibility for traffic violations.

Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

From the Driver:

• Name
• Age
• Gender
• Address
• Email
• Phone number
• Traffic record
• Credit information
• Records (months)

From the User (Passenger):

• Full name (three names)

2. Data Usage

Data is used for:

• Providing transportation services
• Identity verification
• Communication
• Improving service and safety
• Fraud prevention
• Legal compliance
• Marketing

3. Data Sharing

Data shall not be shared with third parties except as necessary for service provision or compliance with legal obligations.

4. Data Protection

We undertake to implement the necessary security measures to protect data against unauthorized access or unlawful use.

5. User Rights

Users have the right to:

• Access their data
• Correct it
• File complaints
• Delete account

6. Direct Marketing

Promotional offers may be sent, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

Driver Registration and Consent

You must hold any required licenses, permits, and registrations necessary to provide services through Tripix at all times. To ensure compliance with applicable regulations, Tripix may request copies of such documents when necessary. We may request all required licenses, permits, registrations, approvals, and/or authorizations from time to time.

You shall provide a high-quality, accurate personal photo of yourself and agree to display it as part of your profile, in compliance with applicable policies and for fraud prevention, health, and safety purposes.

Registration and Obligations

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your vehicle complies with Tripix standards.
• Providing accurate information and a genuine personal photo.
• Notifying Tripix immediately of any changes to your information or licenses.

Your Account

• Your account is your full responsibility.
• You must not share your account details with anyone.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

Insurance

• We are responsible for maintaining full legal insurance for our vehicles.
• You are required to maintain full legal insurance for your vehicle.

Any failure to maintain proper insurance shall result in immediate suspension from work.

Safety During Service

You are required to:

• Comply with traffic laws.
• Drive safely and professionally.
• Refrain from smoking inside the vehicle.
• Not use the application while driving.
• Follow passenger requests during the trip.
• Not transport any person other than the passenger and their companions.

Legal Liability

Tripix shall not be liable for:

• Accidents
• Injuries
• Vehicle damage
• Any losses occurring during trips

Account Suspension

Tripix has the right to:

• Suspend your account temporarily or permanently.
• Terminate the contract at any time.

Temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of accounts may occur at any time without bearing any liability, with the settlement of dues provided there are no penalties. In case there are penalties, they shall be deducted from the dues.

Disputes

In the event of any dispute:

1. An amicable resolution shall first be attempted with Tripix.
2. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts.
3. The decision of the competent courts shall be final and binding.
